From fitness classes and intramural sports to outdoor adventures and aquatics, Rec Sports offers a wide range of programs designed to help you stay active, connect with others and find what moves you. No matter your experience level or interests, there is a place for you to get involved, try something new and make the most of your Rec Sports experience.

AQUATICS

Dive into Rec Sports Aquatics, where you can improve your skills in the water! At Rec Sports Aquatics, you can get certified in various levels of scuba, learn how to swim, become a lifeguard serving your fellow Aggies, or simply relax in one of the five pools we have at the Student Rec Center.

Have you ever wanted to try boxing, dance classes, Pilates, or yoga at sunrise? Fitness & Wellness has these and many more classes to satisfy a wide array of interests!

INTRAMURAL SPORTS

Rec Sports offers dozens of intramural sports each semester for all skill levels. Whether you’re a star athlete, looking to meet new people, or just want to get active, Intramural Sports has something for you!

OUTDOOR ADVENTURES

Calling all explorers! Outdoor Adventures offers trips, classes, and rentable gear for Texas A&M students and the community at-large! Climbing and bouldering walls can also be found inside on-campus facilities.

SAFETY & RISK MANAGEMENT

Safety and risk management at Rec Sports focuses on creating a secure, well-prepared environment for all participants by proactively identifying potential hazards, implementing clear policies and procedures, and ensuring staff are trained to respond effectively.

SPORT CLUBS

40 student-run organizations comprise Texas A&M Sport Clubs! Here, you can compete against other colleges and universities at the state, regional, and national levels.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

If your goal is to improve performance, lose weight, gain muscle mass or learn the basics about exercising and living a healthy lifestyle, the Strength & Conditioning program is for you!

Our mission is to offer recreational opportunities for youth in the Bryan-College Station community, while enhancing the education experience of Texas A&M students. Through our programs we promote camper growth and provide valuable work experience for college students.
