From the beginning exerciser to those with a high level of experience, we’ve got the equipment, staff, and knowledge to help you reach your goals.




Personal Training
Let our nationally-certified personal trainers develop a comprehensive exercise program specifically for you. They can assess your fitness goals, develop a workout plan specifically for you, teach you how to properly perform resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning exercises, and keep you motivated!
From the novice to the experienced exerciser or athlete, our trainers have the knowledge and skill to work with you to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.

Registration Requirements
Personal Training Packages
1 Trainer & 1 Client-
- 3 Individual Sessions: $95
- 5 Individual Sessions: $150
- 10 Individual Sessions: $255 (includes two fitness assessments)
- 15 Individual Sessions: $360 (includes two fitness assessments)

Partner Training Packages
1 trainer with a max of 2 clients-
- 3 Partner Sessions: $150
- 5 Partner Sessions: $220
- 10 Partner Sessions: $380 (includes two fitness assessments)
- 15 Partner Sessions: $505 (includes two fitness assessments)

Body Composition & Fitness Assessment

- Integrated Fitness Assessment: $35 (Price if purchased separately)
- Integrated Fitness Assessment: $30 (Price if added to a 3 or 5 session personal training package)

Performed by one of our nationally-certified personal trainers, our integrated fitness assessment will help you and your trainer gather baseline data, and help provide a basis for developing goals and effective exercise programs.
Our integrated fitness assessment evaluates the following areas of physical fitness: body composition, muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular capacity, flexibility, stability, and dynamic mobility.
There are many valid reasons for administering assessments to you as the personal training client. The data collected provides:

- Identification of current strengths and weaknesses that may affect program design and emphasis on specific training components
- Identification of areas of potential injury, or contraindications prior to program initiation
- A baseline for future comparisons of improvement or rate of progress
- Assistance in establishing appropriate intensities and volumes of exercise
- Assistance in clarification of short, intermediate, and long-term goals
The integrated fitness assessment is included at no charge with the purchase of a 10 or 15 session personal training package.

Not Certified?
Join our Personal Training Certification Prep Course. This semester-long course will help prepare participants for the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) personal trainer exam. Course participants will receive a discount on the exam registration upon course completion! The course will meet every sunday from 4pm – 7pm (except holidays).

Aggie Performance
Welcome to Aggie Performance — formerly known as Small Group Training! This updated experience brings students together in a supportive, high-energy environment to train, grow, and crush goals as a team. If you love the energy of group workouts but still want personalized attention and motivation, this program is the perfect fit for you. Classes take place in our exclusive Personal and Small Group Training Suite, a dynamic space outfitted with top-tier equipment designed specifically for small group sessions. You’ll get expert coaching and a variety of training styles to keep you progressing. Curious to try it out? Intro to Strength Training

Our Intro to Strength Training class is your gateway to mastering the fundamentals of resistance training. You’ll learn proper technique for major compound lifts like the squat, bench press, and deadlift, maybe even hitting a few new PRs along the way!

Fundamentals

Strength and Conditioning Fundamentals blends strength training and cardio in a variety of fun, challenging formats, think circuits, strength-cardio intervals, and high-energy finishers, just to name a few, but after every class you will leave feeling accomplished. Each class will help you move better, get stronger, and stay motivated.
