Youth Programs to offer first ever Spring Break Camp for kids
From glow sticks to hiking sticks, Rec Sports has something for everyone this Spring Break!
For the kids, Youth Programs at Rec Sports is bringing the excitement of summer camp to Spring Break. From March 10-14, campers will dive into a week of high-energy sports, creative crafts, and engaging games—all set against a bold and bright neon theme.
Open to children ages 6 to 14, the camp will offer a dynamic mix of activities designed to keep kids moving, learning, and having fun.
“I’m excited to see all the campers interact with our counselors and for all the kids to get to see campus,” said student manager Sam Lee.
For student manager Kinslee Adams, planning this camp has been months in the making.
“I got to choose our theme [and] all of the matching activities and decorations,” Adams said. “Pinterest has been my best friend. I have really enjoyed getting to showcase my creative side for both the activities and the decorations. I am excited to see all of my ideas come to life.”
With the countdown to Spring Break underway, Youth Programs Director Sarah Beth Heiar is eager to welcome the first group of campers to this brand-new experience.
“We’re excited to offer a spring break camp for the first time at Rec Sports,” she said.

This spring break, get ready for a week of neon excitement with Rec Sports. Campers will enjoy a mix of high-energy sports, games and activities as well as creative neon and glow-in-the-dark games and crafts. It’s the perfect blend of play, creativity, and glowing adventures to make this spring break one to remember.
