YogaFit is based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga and blends balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a fitness format. YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness.

Barre Above is an innovative and challenging barre experience that seamlessly weaves together traditional muscle sculpting barre choreography with exhilarating cardo segments to define and challenge the whole body! Master Trainer and Texas A&M graduate, Shannen Miller, will be leading this incredible training day. 11 CECs AFAA 1.1 CECs ACE, and 1.1 CEUs NASM.

Show yourself some love! All Group RecXercise classes are FREE on Valentine’s Day – Thu., Feb. 14!

Do you have a passion for health, fitness, and helping others? Are you interested in learning what it takes to be a fitness instructor? This twenty-hour Group RecXercise instructor training will help prepare you and will be followed by auditions. Participants will receive a FIT manual and music for practice.

Come out for a unique dance and yoga class experience! We will have a DJ, black lights, glow sticks, and RAVE music. This is a FREE event and no pre-registration is required. Yoga mats will be provided on a first-come, first served basis. Bring your friends, sorority sisters, fraternity brothers, club buddies, roommates, and BFFS! PEACE.DANCE.RAVE.

Description: Contemporary Dance is an expressive and popular format that integrates dance technique with artistry. Come learn choreography that will allow you to enhance your dance skills, release stress, and improve your fitness. Prior dance experience is recommended but not required.

Description: Pilates is a chance to train with a nationally certified instructor who will facilitate a cumulative learning experience focused on your goals. Exercises with props such as resistance bands, Pilates rings, stability balls, and much more will be used for full-body toning. Great for participants of all levels, Pilates will add new dimension to your fitness.

Party at the Barre is based off of the Barre Above format, an innovative and challenging barre experience that combines traditional muscle-sculpting Pilates and barre choreography with the added cardio benefits of the high intensity interval training to define and challenge the whole body in a fun new way!

Description: Come experience energetic and fun weekly lessons with our experienced hip hop instructor. This class is designed for the beginner Hip Hop dancer who would like to advance their ability. Description: Have you ever wanted to try Yoga? The goal of this class is to introduce the fundamentals of yoga in a relaxed environment. Description: This class is a beginning-intermediate level study of classical ballet. Starting from “square one”, it focuses on the basics of strength, body alignment, flexibility, and stage presence through performance of both barre and center combination work. This class builds upon the knowledge learned to further your dance ambitions while staying physically fit and artistically graceful in a relaxed setting. A perfect way to bring a little grace into the stressful college lifestyle.

Description: Learn how to impress the crowd when you go out dancing! Latin Mix will teach you the best of Latin dance, including genres that will give you a diverse basic knowledge. Description: This class is designed for the beginning country western dancer. Whether you have never danced before or want to strengthen your basic skills, this class is for you! Boxing BootCamp

Are you ready to unleash your inner athlete? Our nationally-certified group fitness instructors present an authentic boxing program that includes training on the heavy bag, speed bag, and Boxmaster, as well as full-body conditioning exercises. This workout will help build strength in your arms, legs, back, and core, and help to improve your cardiovascular endurance and self-confidence! This progressive program is suited for all fitness levels.

Barre BootCamp is an invigorating and empowering workout with a focus on barre basics and proper resistance training techniques. Enhance overall strength and stamina to take your new skills to the weight room. All levels are welcome, so let’s get started on building confidence to take on the world!

A nationally certified group exercise instructor or personal trainer will come to your residence hall, organizational meeting or department for a private class, special event or educational lecture.
