Upcoming Events & Trainings

Register for indivdual certifications/training or all to recevie your 200-hour RYT. YogaFit is based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga and blends balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a fitness format. YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness.

BootCamp

Designed to take your fitness to the next level, BootCamp will meet two days per week with activities such as running, power-walking, plyometrics and cardiovascular drills, and resistance training. BootCamp meets in the Rec at Member Services.

Boxing BootCamp

Are you ready to unleash your inner athlete? Our nationally-certified group fitness instructors present an authentic boxing program that includes training on the heavy bag, speed bag, and Boxmaster, as well as full-body conditioning exercises. This workout will help build strength in your arms, legs, back, and core, and help to improve your cardiovascular endurance and self-confidence! This progressive program is suited for all fitness levels.

Barre BootCamp

Barre BootCamp is an invigorating and empowering workout with a focus on barre basics and proper resistance training techniques. Enhance overall strength and stamina to take your new skills to the weight room. All levels are welcome, so let’s get started on building confidence to take on the world!

Fitness Outreach Services

A nationally certified group exercise instructor or personal trainer will come to your residence hall, organizational meeting or department for a private class, special event or educational lecture.

  • *We will do our best to schedule the requested instructor, but cannot guarantee.
  • • This form must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the requested date. • Yoga/Pilates Classes: Mats will not be provided. • Music system must be available at your facility. • Pricing for Services: $50.00 per session (additional instructor $25.00). • Private classes at the Rec require a fee for room rental.
