Fitness Certifications

YogaFit Certification & Workshops

Register for indivdual certifications/training or all to recevie your 200-hour RYT. YogaFit is based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga and blends balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a fitness format. YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness.

  • Level 5: June 22 – 23
  • YogaFit Warriors: July 6 – 7

CPR Classes

BLS for Healthcare Professionals

Class Description: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Professionals teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both pre-hospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on high-quality CPR and team dynamics.
