Fitness Certifications

Class Schedule & Information

Register for indivdual certifications/training or all to recevie your 200-hour RYT. YogaFit is based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga and blends balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a fitness format. YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness.

Barre Above is an innovative and challenging barre experience that seamlessly weaves together traditional muscle sculpting barre choreography with exhilarating cardo segments to define and challenge the whole body! Master Trainer and Texas A&M graduate, Shannen Miller, will be leading this incredible training day. 11 CECs AFAA 1.1 CECs ACE, and 1.1 CEUs NASM.

Do you have a passion for health, fitness, and helping others? Are you interested in learning what it takes to be a fitness instructor? This twenty-hour Group RecXercise instructor training will help prepare you and will be followed by auditions. Participants will receive a FIT manual and music for practice.

CPR Classes

BLS for Healthcare Professionals

Class Description: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Professionals teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both pre-hospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on high-quality CPR and team dynamics.

Become a Certified Personal Trainer

Personal Training Certification Prep Course

This semester long course will help prepare participants to take the nationally accredited American Council on Exercise (ACE) personal trainer exam. Course participants will receive a discount on the exam registration upon course completion.
