Got workout questions on your mind? Then take the time to submit your questions to our Rec Sports Strength and Conditioning staff for FREE. This will give you a chance to have your questions answered on Rec Sports iTunesU, and you will be entered in a drawing to win a FREE Personal Training package and Fitness Assessment!* Personal trainers will answer questions to the best of their ability to help YOU achieve your fitness goals.**

*Drawing is only open to Rec members.
**Not all questions will be answered. Priority will be given to questions that appeal to a broad audience.

There are three ways to submit questions:

  • Email them to kvondrehle@rec.tamu.edu.
  • Hand-write and deposit them in a drop-box at the Rec. Drop-boxes are located at Member Services and in the Weight & Fitness Room.
  • Submit them via the Rec Sports Facebook page.
