Fall Fitness Kickoff!
- Friday, Sept. 2: 12:15pm – 6pm
Kick off your fall fitness regime with 24 FREE fitness and specialty classes led by nationally certified group fitness instructors and personal trainers that are geared to all fitness levels. From ballet to bootcamp, there is something for everyone! Here is your chance to try new classes to charge up your fall work out.
Schwinn Indoor Cycle Coach Certification
- Saturday, Oct. 15: 8am – 5pm
Participate in an interactive class taught by a Schwinn Master Instructor that covers bike fit, cycling science, physiology and mechanics, proper riding technique, class scheduling, and much more. Register at schwinneducation.com.
BTHO UTSA Indoor Distance Cycle Challenge
- Nov. 14 – 19
Attend any regularly scheduled indoor group cycle class during the week of November 14th and help us log our mileage to see if we can beat UTSA Rec cycle classes in highest total miles before the big game! Check the Group RecXercise schedule online or in the Rec Sports Guide to find out the days and times of indoor cycle classes. Cycle classes will be FREE this week only, although owners of an Unlimited Class Pass will get priority seating.

Get ready to party it up. This class is a combination of step, kickbox, cardio ball, fun dances and more. Forty-five minutes of non-stop cardio calorie burn!
This non-impact environment will help you gain cardiovascular fitness and strength in shallow water (4 ft. deep) using tubing, hand buoys and noodles for added resistance. Non-swimmers welcome. Lifeguard on duty.
