About Group RecXercise

Drop-in fitness classes. Purchase an individual class pass or unlimited pass at Member Services.

  • Individual Class Pass: $3. Good for admission to one class.
  • Unlimited Group RecXercise Pass: $70 Fall/Spring, $30 one summer session, or $50 entire summer.
    Good for any class for the entire semester. $10 off during first week of classes (spring and fall only)!

BootCamp

BootCamp is designed to take your fitness to the next level! Class will meet three days per week. Two days per week will be held outdoors with activities such as running, power-walking, plyometrics and cardiovascular drills, while the third day will be held inside and will be dedicated to resistance training.

A nationally certified group exercise instructor or personal trainer will come to your residence hall, organizational meeting or department for a private class, special event or educational lecture.

  • • This form must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the requested date. • Yoga/Pilates Classes: Mats will not be provided. • Music system must be available at your facility. • Pricing for Services: $50.00 per session (additional instructor $25.00). • Private classes at the Rec require a fee for room rental.
