The Texas A&M University Student Recreation Center is one of the largest university recreation facilities in the nation. The Student Recreation Center is approximately 373,000 square feet and offers students, faculty and staff a wide variety of social and fitness related activities.

The Rec Center offers eleven basketball courts which can be converted into volleyball or badminton, two indoor soccer courts, 16 racquetball, handball, or squash courts, a suspended quarter mile jogging track and a three dimensional, 42 foot tall, rock climbing facility.

With over 45,000 students on campus, the Rec Center attracts an average of 5,000 participants each day during the academic year, and an average of 3,000 participants each day during the summer. In total, we experienced over 1.5 million repeat visits to the Rec Center last year, which translates into 70% of the Texas A&M student body using the Rec Center.

Scoreboard sponsorships are developed on a three year committment (contract). Each contract includes an 8-feet wide by 1.5 feet high one-sided advertising sign under one of our eight basketball/soccer scoreboards. Three of the eight scoreboards are free hanging from the ceiling (not attached to a wall), allowing advertisers to request the option of a two-sided advertising sign at the rate.

As a scoreboard sponsor of the Department of Recreational Sports, each business will benefit from the following:

8' x 1.5' scoreboard display in the Student Rec Center.
Electronic ads scheduled on the Natatorium scoreboards.
A one page (up to 8.5 X 11 size) advertisement of your choosing in a flyer stand located inside the Rec Center.
